PKRCasino Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players' Complete Guide to Using the Platform

By registering for a PKRCasino account, you confirm that you accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply regardless of how you access the platform — whether through a browser on a mobile phone, a desktop computer, or any other internet-connected device. Continued use of PKRCasino following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the PKRCasino Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PKRCasino. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless stated otherwise.

To register and use PKRCasino, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

PKRCasino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your PKRCasino wallet instantly for mobile payment methods
• PKRCasino does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered account holder

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes
• IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 30 minutes during banking hours
• Identity verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full (see Section 7)

PKRCasino offers sports betting on cricket, football, and other sporting events. All bets are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules that may be displayed at the time of placing a bet.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered and available
• All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, UEFA for Champions League)
• In the event of a match being abandoned before the official result can be determined, PKRCasino will void all unsettled bets and return stakes to player wallets. Bets that were already settled before abandonment are not affected
• If a match is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned
• PKRCasino reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds caused by a technical fault
• Accumulator bets require a minimum of two selections. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds

PKRCasino offers online casino games including slots, roulette, baccarat, and the Aviator game. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by PKRCasino, the game provider, or the player.

• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or odds pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinating with other players or third parties to exploit promotional offers ("bonus abuse")
• Placing opposing bets on the same market across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome ("arbitrage abuse")
• Using PKRCasino to launder money or process funds obtained through illegal activity
• Accessing PKRCasino on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the PKRCasino platform
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language when communicating with PKRCasino staff

PKRCasino cooperates with law enforcement authorities where required. Suspicious account activity may be reported to relevant Pakistani authorities.

PKRCasino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive
• An account is inactive for a period of 12 or more consecutive months
• We reasonably believe the account is being used for fraudulent or criminal activity
• The account holder requests closure through the self-exclusion tool or a support request

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including real-money and bonus balances — may be forfeited at PKRCasino's discretion pending investigation. Where a balance is returned following a closure review, it will be sent to the verified payment method on the account.

You may close your PKRCasino account at any time by contacting support@pkrcasino.app. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided no pending investigations are outstanding.

PKRCasino provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure consistent uptime and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. PKRCasino shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control
• Losses arising from bets that could not be placed due to a technical disruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind connected to the use of PKRCasino
• The actions of third-party payment processors, including delays caused by Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking systems

PKRCasino's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the incident in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits PKRCasino's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

PKRCasino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause — may be made without prior notice.
